Supplier experience
Suppliers connect their own account. They do not bring platform credentials.
Connected onboarding
The supplier payments area is where a supplier completes onboarding for their connected payout account. Your Stripe `.env` keys remain the platform-level credentials that control payment routing and commission retention.
Booking economics
TouReserve applies the 1.5% platform fee to processed bookings while keeping supplier payout readiness, booking status, and operational review visible in one place.
Operational trust
If Stripe shows missing requirements after a refresh, that usually means onboarding is still incomplete on the connected account, not that the page is broken.
